		<description>St. Martin Square is a very solid project for north Brentwood. The design is quite good and I really like the additional ceiling height that the penthouse floor affords. I also like the fact that Mac did not blindly build the last phase which would have really hurt the development in this economy. I also like that the developers, Mac &amp; JD, are very well capitalized and I am hoping that you are negotiating directly with Greg Standifer. Greg is the one person who can tell you what the lowest prices are without the normal sales BS.</description>
