The design is quite good and I really like the additional ceiling height that the penthouse floor affords. I also like the fact that Mac did not blindly build the last phase which would have really hurt the development in this economy. I also like that the developers, Mac & JD, are very well capitalized and I am hoping that you are negotiating directly with Greg Standifer. Greg is the one person who can tell you what the lowest prices are without the normal sales BS. St. Martin Square is a very solid project for north Brentwood. I also like the fact that Mac did not blindly build the last phase which would have really hurt the development in this economy. I also like that the developers, Mac & JD, are very well capitalized and I am hoping that you are negotiating directly with Greg Standifer.
