If you are not taking advantage of the distressed prices in the condo/loft market, I'm not sure that the combination of historically low mortgage rates and bank/owner willingness to take less will intersect in this same fashion again. At least, not within the next decade. Certainly, you don’t have to jump today, but you should be in a position to pull the trigger over the next 6 months.
