2009 Real Estate Market Outlook and Advice

This 3:39 video was produced by Keller Williams Corporate, but is a pretty good source of some basic real estate advice and touches on the 2009 market outlook. It does appear to be partially applicable to the Nashville real estate market as the mortgage rates, affordability index and general statistics track closely with the Nashville market. All of that being said, it is a little rah, rah for the industry. I have cautioned my Nashville buyers about buying too soon. I believe that the bottom of the market is still in the future and most likely to occur in early 2010.
