First, let me commend you for such an informative website! My question is regarding St. Martin Square in Brentwood. I am in the final stages of negotiation, and it looks like this deal is going to come together at $210 sq. ft. What can you tell me about this particular complex, and do you feel this is a reasonable price. This is a 2 BR Penthouse with a single garage. Thanks! RJS

St. Martin Square is a very solid project for north Brentwood. The design is quite good and I really like the additional ceiling height that the penthouse floor affords. I also like the fact that Mac did not blindly build the last phase which would have really hurt the development in this economy. I also like that the developers, Mac & JD, are very well capitalized and I am hoping that you are negotiating directly with Greg Standifer. Greg is the one person who can tell you what the lowest prices are without the normal sales BS.
