Bellevue

Bellevue is located just 12 miles west-southwest of Nashville via the high speed Interstate I-40 or scenic Highway 70 and is home to more than 38,000 people. Though this once small farming community has seen unparalleled growth over the past decade, Bellevue still retains much of its rural charm. As late as the 1970s, Bellevue was little more than a cluster of houses and small businesses, but Nashville’s recent population boom has brought considerable change to the area. Newcomers have been drawn to Bellevue on account of its affordable housing and considerable amenities, but the area is also popular because of its small town atmosphere, a quality that can be hard to find in a place the size of Nashville.
