All units are available to non-owner occupant Airbnb investors as the development is zoned MUL-A – these are sometimes called “Type 3” short term rental permits.

We have an Airbnb proforma and cash flow analysis provided by an independent Airbnb management company available upon request. This development does allow you to use whomever you prefer to manage your Airbnb rental, including self-management.
