The Art Avenue Lofts are an urban mid-rise renovation development located on 5th Avenue, christened “The Avenue of the Arts”, in the Nashville central business district. Consisting of 32 loft-style homes above an art gallery retail space, residents share a rooftop terrace with the neighboring residential development known as the Kress. Lofts feature preserved original hardwood floors, open flowing floor plans, exposed brick walls, large windows and indoor reserved parking. Designed by Ron Gobbell, these lofts are certainly one of Nashville’s most creative residential adaptive reuse projects.
