Cool Springs

Cool Springs is located 14 miles due south of downtown Nashville and is best known as the “shopping capital” of Middle Tennessee. If you try to find Cool Springs on a map, you’re probably not going to have any luck as Cool Springs is not its own city, but instead is made up of both southern Brentwood and northern Franklin. While rentals homes in the area carry an official mailing address of Brentwood or Franklin, this area is truly unique and deserves its own place on our map.
