In recent years, Nolensville has undergone periodic stages of growth. Today, Nolensville is still a relatively quiet place, though its relatively close proximity to Nashville and a growing population has allowed residents to enjoy both cosmopolitan living and the quiet country life. Nolensville’s long history as a town means that there are a number of established neighborhoods with solidly-constructed houses for rent. There are also newer subdivisions here as well, and they too offer a wide range of rental options. Many of these newer homes come with access to tennis courts or golf courses, making them a popular choice with the more active set. The average cost of housing is coming down in Nolensville, though, owing to the overbuilding that occured during the early 2000’s. Most homes tend to be on the larger side and begin at around $1,200/mo.
